Steve Potratz has been involved with Christian retail for almost 40 years. Beginning as a stock boy in 1968, he went on to manage two different Christian stores before becoming the vice president of Sparrow Records in 1975. Steve took this success and applied it to a retail store of his own in 1981 and then to The Parable Group in 1985. Today, Parable is the leading franchise in Christian retail.
Beginning his career at Capitol Records, Rod Huff has spent the last 15 years serving in executive positions at Sparrow, Chordant, EMI and most recently as chief operating officer at Integra Management Services. His knowledge in the areas of operations, distribution and cost control helps franchise stores develop vital systems to maintain margin and control costs.
For more than 25 years, Phil Darr has helped people realize their dreams of owning a Christian retail franchise. In 1981, Phil co-founded Lemstone, Inc., the first franchise in the Christian retail industry. Phil joined the Parable team in 2008.
As Franchise Operations Director, Steve Adams helps franchise owners implement best practices for systems and procedures and serves as a franchise coach. Steve served on the CBA Board of Directors from 1988 to 1998 and brings the experience of over two decades in Christian retail and seven years as a franchisee to the position.
