Parable Opens Second Office In Nashville
(March 22, 2007) – Just weeks ago, a second office for The Parable Group opened right outside of Nashville, Tenn.
Rod Huff, vice president of franchise operations, manages the location. Expansion representative Jim Clark also works out of the office, with additional staff members scheduled to join the team in the months to come.
"We are excited to be up and running in Tennessee," says Huff. "The synergy of our sales and operations teams has already been evident; we have experienced great results and look forward to an exciting future as we grow Parable franchise operations and marketing group memberships."
The purpose of the establishment of the office is multi-faceted. For one, having an office centrally located in the country will help Parable in its aim to effectively serve its stores.
"Between our San Luis Obispo and Nashville offices, we'll be within a one-hour flight from most of the stores we serve," says Parable CEO Steve Potratz.
Another reason is geographic convenience for vendors, which ultimately translates to better selection for Parable stores and their customers.
"There are so many publishers and music companies in the Midwest in general and the Nashville area specifically," says Huff. "Vendors will be able to drive up for their one- to two-hour presentation and drive back in the same day." Huff predicts that this convenience will draw more vendors who ordinarily would not be able to afford to travel to selection meetings.
