(March 15, 2007) – Subway…7-Eleven…Parable? If the current rate of success for Parable Franchising keeps its pace, it could very well be a household name in the not-so-distant future.
National market research firm Franchise Business Review awarded Parable Franchising honorable mention in its Franchise 50 Franchisee Satisfaction Awards Feb. 24 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Winners received their awards during the International Franchise Association Convention.
"We scored very well in our franchise relationships, considering we've only been around for a little over a year," says Rod Huff, Parable's vice president of franchising operations.
Franchise Business Review surveyed 65,000 franchisees representing over 300 franchise systems. Only 107 franchise companies in 16 industry categories were honored.
Parable Franchising scored above 3.5 out of a possible 5 points in five main areas: overall satisfaction, financial opportunity, franchisor relationship, franchise system and training and support.
"There were areas to improve and we want to do better," says Huff. "We want to keep our franchisees happy."
Parable was one of only three honorable mentions in the category of specialty retail. Wild Birds Unlimited took home top honors. Parable was one of 55 total franchises that received honorable mention.
